Bandwagon #5,324 - ClustrMaps

It seems to me that I oftentimes live in my own my little world. And that bodes well as I like to write about it and living in your own little world requires active imagination and the ability to entertain yourself for hours on end. And that give me something to write about.

And then every so often I notice a new trend or something that is awesome and exists where the rest of you live and I embrace the new toy or idea and parade it around just to make sure everyone else knows about it too. And usually, many of you already do. True, some live in more protective bubbles than mine, but many do not and much like "Battlestar Galactica" or "Grey's Anatomy" or "Buffy" (Jaku, you were right all those years ago), although I was a few years late, I jumped on the bandwagon with reckless abandon.

And I've done it again. Truth be told, blogging was a bandwagon jump as well. People had been doing it for ages. Then one day I thought I should try it and here I am (to be fair, I started my blog two years ago -- but then there was the two years between the first post and the second). My friends and me all kinda signed up at the same time and now only a few of us brave souls are still charting our existences and logging the trials and tribulations of life in the Midwest (yes, you Californians, Ohio IS the Midwest...my muscular butt it's East).

So, seeking yet another wagon to band to, I've decided (probably against better judgement) to sign up for ClustrMaps and see how many people are actually stopping by my little chunk of the blogosphere. I'm gonna put out a guess that it's a low number and my map (which you can find in my sidebar if you scroll down a bit) will pale in comparison to some of the ones I've seen out there.

And can I just -- it's hot out. Okay, again, not news. Just an obvious statement. But wow -- I cannot wait until Fall. It would probably help if I owned more than one pair of shorts. I was wondering if anyone would notice that I always where my cammo-shorts. Always. They're the only ones that fit anymore (thank you drawstrings and belts), and it wasn't until today that someone (thank you, Keaton) finally made reference to this. I'm like a TV character or something -- always wearing the same costume. Maybe I'll go to Kohl's or something. They're going to fray away soon --- I mean, washers and driers are brutal sometimes.

'K -- gotta run and look at paint. Fun, I know. I'll tell you all about it later.
